- Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment, with possible delays during busy periods or launches.
- Ms Mali World ships within Australia and to selected international destinations, with shipping costs calculated and shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days within Australia and 15–30 business days internationally, although delays may occur.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees, and customers should ensure their shipping details are correct before placing an order.
Returns Information:
- If your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number, details of the issue and clear photos so we can assess your request.
- Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, accidental purchases or shipping carrier delays.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
