At Ms Mali World, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of books and printed products, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Accidental purchases
  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the delivery status and determine the appropriate solution.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees.
