Ms Mali Brings Meaningful Life Lessons to Children Through
Gentle Stories, Lovable Characters and Everyday Moments They Can Understand.
Created by Australian pastry chef, baker and cake decorator Rachael Burgess,
Ms Mali was inspired by her granddaughter and a lifetime spent creating special moments for children and families.
That inspiration grew into Bakery Village, a storybook world where lovable characters help little hearts explore confidence, emotions, kindness, friendship and the lessons that shape who they become.
The bigger vision is an A–Z collection of meaningful stories, creating a world children can grow with, one little lesson at a time.
And the journey continues beyond the books.
Through the Ms Mali Kids Club, families can enjoy fun printables and activities designed to encourage shared learning, family connection and emotional growth.

Rachael Burgess has spent more than 25 years in the baking and cake industry, creating cakes, desserts and special moments for families and children.
A qualified pastry chef and baker, Rachael turned her creativity and life experience into something close to her heart: Ms Mali.
Inspired by her granddaughter and the colourful world she had spent decades creating through baking, Rachael brought together her love of storytelling, family and childhood growth to create Bakery Village and the Ms Mali A–Z book collection.
Today, her vision is to build a world that helps little hearts learn, grow and believe in themselves, while giving families meaningful ways to connect along the journey.
