- If your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, accidental purchases or shipping carrier delays.
